The work Entre Fenêtre was created in confrontation with the characteristics of the exhibition space,
which is located on the mezzanine floor of the subway, a place where no daylight can reach. In my
examination of the possibilities of color to create a certain kind of light, color and painting were to be
used in this work to bring the feeling of the missing daylight to the place. A painterly translation of light
through color, in which the painting should step from the canvas into the room and use it as a whole.
The wall painting integrated the architectural characteristics of the room, such as the window front, and,
due to its size, also the relation to the human body, who could position himself inside this expanded,
painterly space.
